Description
Law Firm has immediate opening for an IT Analyst. This is a first and second-level support role with the primary responsibility of providing technical support and solutions to customers and administrative support for IT systems and functions. Responsibilities: Maintaining the computer-related equipment and IT resources including: PCs, printers, laptops, servers, data/telco communication equipment, network infrastructure and audio visual systems; Handling customer support, software/hardware infrastructure monitoring. Requirements: College Degree or equivalent certifications preferred; Three years experience in LAN, WAN and network systems support and management; Three years of prior IT experience, preferably in a law firm, working within a hierarchical support organization model providing direct support to customers in the areas of software, hardware and networking technologies; Microsoft Certified Professional certification, MCSE preferred.
