Position Description:
Ajilon Consulting is currently seeking a Sales Account Manager for the Louisville Delivery Team to service the Frankfort/Lexington market.

Ideal candidate must have experience in selling information technology consulting and staff augmentation solutions. Will create and continuously build a pipe-line of prospects within named and targeted accounts. Will develop relationships at the C-level, Director level, VP level, as well as management level within organizations. Will develop leads into opportunities, develop, and follow through the entire sales cycle including closing opportunities. Assist in the assessment, design, and development of technical requirements and solutions specific to clients' needs. Support the development of solution proposals. Use skills to develop account strategies including how to grow and expand account penetration. Assist in all aspects of account management for clients.df-tc


Experience/Skills
-Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Computer Science plus at least 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the Information Technology field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Ability to sell conceptual, intangible product based on the evaluation of customer needs.

- Clear understanding of the information gathering process for the sales cycle.

- Demonstrate consistency in initiative to expand knowledge base within the accounts, as well as, in appropriate areas of technology.

- Prior experience calling on local and state governments preferred.

- Candidate must have excellent presentation, written and oral communciation skills.
