IT Applications Analyst/Developer, IIILocation: Houston, TXJob Description:The primary responsibilities for this position are as a production support resource for HR applications with an emphasis on (but not restricted to ) on supporting the suite of Non SAP HR applications.Duties * Production issues analysis, resolution, and communication (could require out of hours support in emergency) * IT applications requirements gathering and documentation for enhancement requests * Process and system flow documentation * Business case development in line with new IT Demand Management process * Functional specifications development * Applications testing * Involvement in maintenance of training materials (including Process Flows, Process Procedures, etc.) * Involvement in all aspects of HR application support * Involvement in evaluation of HR applications suite to be held throughout coming year. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:Requires: * 3-5 years functional HR or IT Applications support/customer service experience * Strong analytical/problem solving skills * Strong documentation skills * Effective communication skills * Experience with HR applications preferred * Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree * Must have general knowledge of business processes and process management techniquesdf-tc
