Director of IT – Saddle Brook, NJ
Arrow Fastener Company, a leading manufacturer of hand tools and related products located in Northern New Jersey, and also a division of Fortune 200 Masco Corporation, seeks an IT Director that will report directly to the President/CEO. The IT Director will provide vision and leadership in developing and implementing IT initiatives to improve cost and operational efficiency, create a competitive advantage, and meet evolving business needs.
Current initiatives include new release updates for AS 400; architecture and implementation of a warehouse management system (job and production costing, bar coding, scanning, forecasting, inventory), EDI, business intelligence (QlikView) and reporting, security, disaster recovery, and integration of all IT Systems.
This unique opportunity requires hands on technical implementation skills (there are roughly 100 users, and a department of 5 IT professionals), strong business acumen, communication skills at all levels in the organization, process change management experience and a strategic orientation. We also require a related bachelors degree, 10 years related experience, 5+ years with AS400 (MAPICS experience preferred) and 5+ years manufacturing experience.
