Job Summary:

As an IS Project Manager the individual will provide technical and project leadership for mid-sized projects and be responsible for managing all aspects of the project from establishing timelines, meeting deliverables and managing the project budget. The project must maintain a high level of quality through communications, customer service and organizational practices. In addition to Project Management, the position will also provide on-going support for local Applications installed at the site.

Job Responsibilities:

* Provide processing that delivers the right information the first time, meets objectives on-time, and eliminates down time. Ensure that all users are provided high quality services and products that are consistent with GMP and corporate standards.

* Provide prompt, courteous services to our business clients, ensuring the customer is always satisfied.

* Develop a world-class IS organization committed to ensuring the success of the business through individual leadership, a focus on excellence, and team collaboration through demonstration of company values.

* Seek out opportunities to provide quality products and services that directly increase revenue, profitability, and productivity for our customer and partners and leverage enterprise systems and strategies.

* Provide a measurable return to the business on information technology investments. Achieve an appropriate balance of resources used versus value provided.

* Add value by integrating and applying information technology to drive fundamental and significant improvements to business practices and processes.

Basic Qualifications:

* BS/BA + 5 years experience or MS/MA + 3 year experience or equivalent experience.

* Project Management certification is a plus; however not required.

* Advanced understanding of both hardware and software; experience using project management tools; experience using a SDLC approach.

* Previous experience leading teams implementing packaged software is a plus.

* Experience working in a regulated environment preferred.

* Effective oral, written and interpersonal skills; demonstrated organizational, planning and administrative abilities.

* Vendor management experience preferred.
