RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for ownership and delivery of IT infrastructure management processes in a complex multi-platform environment utilizing a combination of internal and outsourced delivery partners. Processes include request, incident, problem, change, release, asset and configuration management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
* Valid ITIL Managers Certificate (red badge)
* Proven experience implementing and managing a 7*24 operations centers.
* Proven experience working with or for a large outsourcing vendor (IBM, Accenture, EDS)
* Proven experience managing a team of up to 20 staff
* Proven experience managing outsourced vendors
* Demonstrated problem solving skills, as well as continuous improvement process skills
* Demonstrated strong organizational skills with attention to detail
* Demonstrated budget and scheduling management skills
* Demonstrated strong negotiating and influencing abilities

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Proven experience teaching ITIL best practices
* Proven experience managing large scale configuration and asset management implementations
* Proven experience using enterprise level ticketing systems (Service Center, Remedy)
* Proven experience implementing knowledge management systems.
