Description
Looking for a trainable applicant to field client calls regarding their highly technical security products. 99% of the position will be on the phones with clients, taking the calls that are currently fielded by the engineers. The other 1% of the position will be maintaining the network and troubleshooting when necessary. For this aspect of the position, you must have the following knowledge and experience:

- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, data switches, routers, cabling practices
- Strong knowledge of network topologies, route topology, VPN, Routing and L2/L3 Switching.
- Be able to setup a Microsoft Exchange Server for 25 employees
- Know how to configure a switch with Level 2 and Level 3 management capabilities
- Be able to set up VLAN
- Have extensive networking knowledge

The ideal candidate will have an Associates or Bachelors degree and experience in both a systems administrator and IT Support role. Experience in the security industry a plus but not required. Must be personable, want to be part of a team who knows how to have fun at work, and come on board with a growing, dynamic company. MCSA and other IT certifications, in addition to experience in the security industry, are both huge pluses.
