Looking for an IT VOIP Technician/Specialist (Telecom) with call center experience to work on site with 5+ years of experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Avaya PBX systems including S8700, S8300, G650, G700, Definity SI, ESS, and LSP. Candidates must have PBX system and station administration, including Avaya administration tools. Experience with Avaya CMS (Call Management System), CentreVu Supervisor with AIM (Avaya Integrated Management) and a detailed understanding of voice carrier services, including T1, DS3, ISDN BRI / PRI, PSTN, QSIG is a must. Candidates must also have a strong understanding of ISDN and H.323 IP video services, and networking technologies including; TCP/IP, DHCP, VLAN, QoS, VoIP, and various WAN technologies (Frame Relay, MPLS, etc.)

Potential candidates must have the ability to create network topology maps using MS Visio, Avaya, ACD Call Routing (Advocate, BSR and ELAI) Avaya IP, Agent Avaya, AES (Avaya Enterprise Server), NICE Perform Audix Avaya Conversant, and Avaya Voice Portal with Voxify & Nuance Verizon applications. Furthermore, experience in configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of Polycom video conferencing systems, including Polycom MGC 25 bridges are crucial, and lastly, extensive experience with call centers and in depth knowledge of vectoring and call center routing experience with Avaya IVR running Gold Systems application is a must.df-tc
