Description
BA/BS degree in computer science;
ITIL Foundation Certification preferred.
1-2 years' supervisory experience or
leadership of highly complex IT operations. Respective business senior and technical experience in large scale and dynamic corporate IT environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

In this position, you will supervise the Global Operations Service Support
activities for the client.
Responsibilities include provisioning mobile devices;
coordinating PC, server and peripheral hardware
and software requisitioning; replenishing supply and parts;
maintaining and administering product information
and pricing on vendor webistes; maintaining corporate asset information;
maintaining software library and supporting equipment
lifecycle management programs; maintaining and
providing SOX compliance evidence;
coordinating new user provisioning;
and coordinating support activities between the PC Analysts,
Global Active Directory Administrators and Service Desk.
Utilizes ITIL best practices as the basis for all initiatives
and process improvements to current service support processes.
Evaluates new information systems products or services and
suggests changes to existing products or services to better support the end user. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks as necessary. Leads and directs the work of others.
