Informatica ETL Developer (Lansing)

Major Position Responsibilities:
  • Development of ETL jobs using Informatica PowerCenter
  • Review and analyze system requirements to produce technical designs and specifications
  • Code, test and debug programs
  • Assist in production of documentation.
  • Participate in walkthroughs of design and code for client and team peers.
  • Assist in the system testing effort.
  • May provide guidance to other programmers on the team.

    Education and Typical Years of Experience:
  • Four year college degree.
  • 1+ years of Informatica PowerCenter experience
  • 2+ years experience in the design and programming of large, complex application systems.

    Specific Requirements: Required Skills
  • Informatica PowerCenter experience
  • Strong design and programming skills
  • Presents a professional image
  • Working knowledge of structured system development methodology.
  • Self starter and ability to multitask and prioritiz

    Preferred Skills:

  • Experience using Informatica PowerCenter on UNIX platform
  • PowerExchange (Striva Detail Navigator) expertise
  • Team oriented
