This individual will be responsible for:

? Provide analytical support to internal operations by evaluating healthcare claims data.
? Conduct data mining and complex multiple variable analysis to find key cost drivers.
? Identify patterns and causal relationships through predictive analysis tools.
? Generate innovative solutions with quantitative methods for new product development.
? Evaluate the success of company products & services to control client?s costs.
? Build trust and confidence in the appropriateness & accuracy of the data analysis.
? Deliver effective verbal and written presentations appropriate to internal and external target audiences.

We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of 5 years experience in the following skill sets:

? SQL Programming in large healthcare data warehouse environment.
? SAS, SPSS, Cognos PowerPlay and related business intelligence tools.
? Perform & interpret using regression models and neural networking skills.
? Strong understanding of diagnosis and procedure coding terminology.
? Strong investigative skills with ability to search beyond the initial results.
? Microsoft Office Suite ? Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
? Strong organization and time management capacity to balance multiple project priorities with limited supervision.
? Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills.
? Ability to express complex analytical and technical information to senior management.
? Exceptional attention to detail and work product validation.
