Description
I have a need for a level 2 infrastructure analyst.
This person should have strong networking skills in the Cisco arena (Installation, configuration and troubleshooting), CCNA would be good. Would also need to have a good understanding of fiber and copper cabling.

If this person has windows server skills also it will be a huge benefit.

Dedicated Support Analyst is combination of the following four skill sets: PC Support (25%), NT Analyst (25%), Systems Analyst (25%) and Business Analyst (25%). Responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software on PC and network servers. Upgrade and configure PC and server hardware. Expertise in configuring, installing, troubleshooting PC systems and Microsoft NT server systems. Works with customers to install, test, and deliver applications on common workstations and servers. Sets up administrator accounts in conjunction with corporate security guidelines. Sets up primary and backup domains. Formulates systems scope, objectives, and development plans. Provides consultation and/or coordinates activities of other team members and units. Tests, evaluates, and integrates new software packages. Develops client/server solutions as well as develops and leads the development of three-tiered solutions. Project Management skills required.df-tc
