SBC Communications has career opportunities for Inside Account Managers in Hoffman Estates, Illinois.

The Inside Sales Consultant is an exciting entry level inside sales position. Inside Sales Consultants are assigned attainable sales objectives for the following products: ADSL, SDSL, Web Hosting, ISDN, Access lines, and Dedicated Internet. Inside Sales Consultants are provided the customer leads.

Desired Skills / Requirements:
Two years commission and or quota based sales experience or a Four Year college degree with a background in sales, marketing or business.
?Í Past telecommunications experience a plus
?Í Call center environment a plus
?Í Past account management experience a plus
?Í Computer literate and ability to learn new systems

Expectations:
?Í Minimum of 65 calls per day
?Í Out of 65 calls we expect 25 (Decision Maker Contacts)
?Í Daily sales are customary and expected
?Í Manage a reasonable account base of at least 1000 customers
?Í This position's primary goal is to close sales deals daily over the phone.

Salary:
?Í This is a 55%/45% Split (Base/Commission)
?Í No cap on commission if you exceed target plans
?Í Total compensation can range from upper $40s to lower $50s.df-tc
