Potential candidates must have 2 years' experience in web- standards based CSS/XHTML Web site development. Candidates must be proficient in PhotoShop and have a comprehensive understanding of current browser compatibility issues and their solutions, as well as experience integrating design with other Web technologies (ASP, PHP, JavaScript, Flash). Please be prepared to show a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your abilities.
