Description
Informiam, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, is a leading provider of real-time performance management software for contact center operations. We are currently seeking an experienced Java Developer who can take control of the overall implementation of our web-based applications.

In this role, you will participate in the implementation and deployment phases of the SDLC, which will include building systems that implement new features and extending existing applications and systems. You will also coordinate new data development, research and evaluate software and hardware, write and maintain documentation related to application development and testing, and support IT Operations in system debugging and problem resolution as needed.

Successful applicants will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience, and 3-5 years of Java development to include in-depth experience implementing software applications and web-based architectures, to include JDBC, SQL Server, UNIX, Solaris, Linux, XML, RDF, and/or Eclipse IDE.

You will also possess:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of problem analysis, structured analysis, and design and programming techniques

  • Working knowledge of multi-user, multi-tasking operating systems

  • Working knowledge of transactional real-time systems

  • Substantial knowledge of web-based, 3-tier architecture

  • Ability to source data from legacy systems
