Robert Half Technology has an immediate opening for a JR Network Administrator, 3 month contract-to-hire opportunity with a client of ours in Baltimore, MD.

As Jr. Network Administrator, you will perform the following major functions:

• Deploy and maintain test and development networks and systems.
• Deploy and maintain production networks and systems.
• Deploy and maintain public production networks and systems.
• Deploy upgrades and expansions of production networks and systems.
• Administer Windows 2000/2003 Active directory structure for multiple domains.
• Manage internal and external DNS servers, MS Exchange.
• Administer data security provisions (backups, redundancy, intruder issues, passwords, etc.).

Experience/Skills
Jr Network Administrator Requirements• 2 years desktop support experience
• 2 years, server hardware configuration.
• General networking understanding (TCP/IP and sub netting)
• 2 Years experience with Microsoft suite of workstation products
• 2 years experience support Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with PDA technologies
