About the Position:
Engagement Type: Contract

Position Requirements:
As a Network Administrator, this candidate will work as a team member to support requirements for use in the development of enterprise-wide, or large scale, information systems. Position requirements are fairly general in terms of IT and IT support skills, but will have a emphasis on CISCO tools

Duties:
" Will act as point of contact for client needs and may provide supervision and direction to staff
" Will attend high- level meetings and contribute to policy development and implementation process.
" Will consolidate system information, design systems and further implement the technology to include the software, hardware and communications to support present and future DOD requirements.
" Will perform design, installation, troubleshooting and support of LAN/WAN hardware, software and applications.
" Will install and configure hardware such as routers, switches, hubs and network and analyze Ethernet protocol packets and provide reports and recommendations on traffic analysis.
" Will provide Level III support as needed.
Qualifications
College degree in Computer Science or related field and Cisco Certification preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Background:
4+ years hands-on day-to-day operations with Cisco Routers and Switches required. Must have the ability to be an individual contributor and attend high-level meetings and contribute to policy development and implementation process. Experience in a DOD/Army Environment highly preferred.

MUST have current Secret Clearance,

A current TS Clearance HIGHLY PREFERRED.
