Experience/Skills
Associate Developer:

- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Strong technical and analytical ability
- Ability to work independently, but take direction from project manager and lead developer
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and manage unstructured tasks within specific guidelines and time constraints
- 2+ years experience in software development is required, additional experience is preferred.
- 2+ years developing web and Windows Forms applications in C# with Visual Studio .NET
- 2+ years SQL Server 2005 experience designing databases. Knowledge of TSQL and have ability to write complex queries and stored procedures. SQL Server 2000 experience a plus.
- 2+ years experience with SQL Reporting Services and/or Crystal Enterprise
- Experience and understanding of object oriented design, analysis and programming. Experience using design patterns.
