Description
Stable information technology company is aggressively seeking a load and performance tester. Ideal tester should have a minimum of five years experience in performance testing field with extensive experience system & database performance, and testing tools (Mercury LoadRunner). Candidate will have a minimum of 3 of the 5 years as tester. Proven track record working on large software development, systems implementation, and systems integration projects.



Scope of Work:

Participation in the execution of the Test Plan

Write and maintain test scenarios and test scripts

Conduct load and performance testing.

Document test results, identify and communicate issues



Required Skills:

In depth knowledge of testing methodologies, tools and techniques

Strong Oracle background, with Oracle PL\SQL programming experience

Strong Mercury LoadRunner scripting knowledge

Extensive experience writing test cases and test scripts

Ability to work well with developers to understand and debug software issues

Excellent communication and analytical skills



Desired Experience:

Experience testing enterprise solution implementations

Experience with XML, XML parsers, and XSD

Experience with Sonic LookingGlass, HP OpenView and Oracle Enterprise Management monitoring & reporting tools

Experience with testing tools such as Mercury Quality Center

Understanding of web services and service oriented architecture (SOA)
