MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Manpower IT has an immediate need for a Maintenance Technician for their Columbus, Ohio client. The Maintenance Tech will be assisting the Service Technicians. This 18-month contract offers growth potential to become a full-service technician for their office equipment, copiers. Requirements: - Experience or training in AC-DC electronics - Functional knowledge and application of a multi-meter - A certificate or diploma from a recognized technical school, or college in the electronics field, electrical repair, reprographics or related field - Two or more years of related field experience as a technician may be substituted for the certificate/diploma - Field experience as a technician working with business technology such as PCs, network connected printers and networked FAX equipment - A+ or N+ certified is a plus - PC skills are required; skill demonstration required on IE Navigation, File saves and moves, Internet connectivity - Also required is knowledge of MS Operating Systems (W98, NT, 2000, XP) and MS Office Applications (Word, Excel) - Requires using PC for data entry, troubleshooting and web access - Strong customer service skills Only qualified candidates will be considered for this position.
