We’re looking for a talented and innovative professional to assist our leadership with an exciting new product and service offering designed for families. Position will offer a significant opportunity for personal and professional growth as the business matures.

This position will establish and support distribution channel relationships for Disney Mobile. You would be responsible for new business development, negotiating and closing contracts, executing sales strategies, preparing proposals, and delivering sales presentations. You would also be responsible for driving sales goals and objectives by managing and developing strategic business retail partner relationships. This is not a traditional sales position – alignment is by channel rather than by region – so nationwide travel is required.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Establish and support national retail channel relationships
  • Responsible for new business development, executing marketing sales strategies, preparing proposals, and sales presentations
  • Establish, administer, and maintain comprehensive national channel strategy, and manage implementation of account plan and strategy
  • Manage assigned national accounts current base and stimulate additional revenue and customer growth
  • Negotiate, implement, and renew profitable retail agreements
  • Establish consistent customer input to monitor forecasts and build long-range plans
  • Initiate and execute quality customer relationships
  • Frequent customer presentations, communications, and feedback
  • Manage account profitability plan: meet and exceed national channel department objective achievement: revenue, operating income, customer base
  • Responsible for driving sales goals and objectives through managing and developing strategic business partner relationships

    Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years strategic account management experience required (to include prior national/major account sales)
  • PC proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PPT and Excel) required
  • The ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision
  • Contract negotiations, RFP management experience a plus
  • Prior experience in the wireless industry required
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation & communication skills are required
  • Cellular telecommunications background with voice and/or data experience.
  • Advance proficiency in presentation, sales, and national account strategy/management skills

  • Excellent communication skills are critical, both verbal and written
  • A participative, collaborative, open work style; strong people orientation; and dedication to the motivation of the team to help achieve maximum potential
  • Technology and Internet awareness/ implementation, with the demonstrated ability to transform traditional processes utilizing technology
  • Must be a self starter and results driven
  • 4-year degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience
