At least three years of Customer Relationship Management experience with familiarity of one or more of the following vendors: Siebel, SAP, PeopleSoft, ePiphany. Consulting experience preferred. Minimum five years top-tier consulting experience.

Complex Project Management (Level5 - Can give expert advice and lead others to perform) . Customer Relationship Management (Level5 - Can give expert advice and lead others to perform) . Siebel, PeopleSoft, SAP or ePiphany (Level4 - Can perform without assistance. Has in-depth knowledge)
