Description
Genesis10 has a need for Maximo Developer to join one of the largest financial organizations in the world. Client is based in Charlotte, NC. The Maximo Developer will perform software development activities including technical design and delivery of solutions ensuring fulfillment of the functional requirements work and inventory management. Will consider candidates anywhere in the US.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the technical delivery of Maximo 6 functionality.
- Facilitate and participate in user meetings/discussions to confirm and refine technical designs.
- Document Maximo design.
- Understand and assist with Maximo development and configuration (particularly field controls) and work flows and escalations.
- Resolve application issues and determine reasonable approach to address them.
- Identify and address application performance and integration issues.
- Understand security profile and groups.
- Add and remove application functionality.
- Maintain / upgrade Maximo environments.
- Regression testing of patches and hotfixes.
- Use Maximo Application Designer, Field Controls, etc.
- Performance and Systems monitoring.
- Software migrations.
- Change Control and change management.
- Interact with business users to provide guidance on the use of Maximo
functionality.
- Collaborate with internal Support Center.
- Develop and maintain custom interfaces using TIBCO.
- Develop and maintain MEA queues and rules.df-tc

Experience/Skills
Required Skills/Experience:
- 2 to 3 years experience in a development environment.
- Maximo version 6 experience (or certification).
- Extensive experience in a position involving technical design,
applications development and/or systems integration projects with Maximo.
- Configuration and integration experience using Maximo version 6.
- Analysis/Design/Development experience demonstrating value-added
achievements.
- Experience in use of the Maximo Enterprise Adapter (MEA).
- Experience with Actuate Report design and deployment.
- Familiarity with the implications associated with a Single Org/Multi-Site configuration.
- Experience with SQL (Oracle and Microsoft).
- Experience with PL/SQL.
- Ability to develop unit test interface components.
- Excellent knowledge of or prior experience demonstrating the ability
to create interfaces. Experience with TIBCO is preferred.
- Ability to tune SQL for performance.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Knowledge of or work experience in the Financial Services industry,
especially Asset Management.
