The CRM Senior Engineer will recommend hardware, software and network systems configurations for the proprietary applications environment. The CRM Senior Engineer will implement what has been designed and recommended for the application; therefore, this position must have a diverse training background, experience in multiple hardware and software platforms, networking interfaces and protocols, and security best practices.df-tc

Experience/Skills
Required:* 5+ years of Systems experience to include in-depth knowledge of MS enterprise services such as Active Directory, including its dependence on DNS, FSMO Roles, Kerberos authentication and group policies.* 3+ years experience administering, maintaining, and optimizing Windows Active Directory systems security, and developing policies such as backup procedures, security, access permissions and group policies.* 3+ years experience - working with application architecture systems architecture, file and registry level security, infrastructure services such as DHCP and DNS* Detailed understanding of security threats and mitigation techniques at the server, service, and application layers.* SQL Server 2000/2005 administration skills* Ability to troubleshoot/diagnose complex Windows performance issues, such as memory leaks and system hangs.* System performance tuning and measurement, back-up/recovery, NAS, SAN, Cluster configuration, and other production system administration tools knowledge* Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Clustering Services including troubleshooting systems in a high-availability environment.Preferred:2 year degreeAdvanced degreeAdvanced .Net, MS SQL Server SkillsWorking knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, J2EEMicrosoft CRM knowledgeKnowledge of MS Team Foundation serverExperience in scripting skills in ADSI, WMI, VB script or similarExperience in working with Microsoft CRM ServerExperience in working with Microsoft ISA ServerExperience in enterprise data center or a multi-site environmentMicrosoft Systems Certification
