Requirements: At least 2 years experience working as a Help desk Technician or Computer Support Technician. COMPTIA A+ certification or MCDST are a plus.

Candidate should be familiar and comfortable with Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all Microsoft and Microsoft Compatible Products with an emphasis on Windows XP Professional, Windows Server 2003, Office XP and Office 2003. Phone system administration.

Experience in:
Backup & Restore of Desktops and Laptops
Responding to Help desk/Desktop Support Issues in a Corporate

Environment
Active Directory Administration
File server administration
Basic email fundamentals
TCP/IP principles
Ticket tracking systems
Remote desktop
Remote domain administration
Candidate should have demonstrated experience in the following areas:
Multi-Tasking
Fast paced environment
Self-Motivated
Works well under pressure and/or in emergency situations
Excellent Communication Skills/Social Skills
Providing User Training
