Description
Ajilon Consulting in Cincinnati has a permanent opportunity available with our client downtown for a high-quality Desktop Support/Help Desk technician. This person will help maintain our client's high quality of customer service and project success. This position will be a member of a team that is responsible for supporting and maintaining approximately 600 PC's in a Microsoft environment. This team works closely with other groups within IT and across the corporation.

This position Entails:

Issue Documentation and Tracking
Advance desktop troubleshooting
Hardware service and support
Support of multiple software applications
Help manage desktop workstation projects (e.g. application rollout, hardware upgrades, software upgrades, etc.)

Experience/Skills
Experience with the following is required:

Windows XP
Microsoft Office
Desktop Hardware
Basic Networking
A helpdesk environment.

Experience with one or more of the following a plus:

Cisco VOIP Phone Systems
HP/Lexmark Printers
Document Management Systems
Microsoft SMS
Running small projects
Quality assurance
