Our client, a leading global IT consulting firm is looking to hire multiple Oracle technical consultants as full time permanent employees. Oracle Advanced Benefits Specialist
Our client is seeking a Consultant with 2 - 3 years of configuration experience specifically in Oracle Advanced Benefits. A general understanding of HR benefits processes and benefit plans are also required. Qualified candidates should have exposure to experience with Oracle 11i Payroll and integration with Oracle Advanced Benefits and experience with Oracle Advanced Benefits conversions a must. Qualified Candidates must have expertise in: Oracle Advanced Benefits Configuration, Oracle Advanced Benefits Conversion, Oracle 11i Payroll, and an understanding of HR Benefits Processes. Experience with Oracle Advanced Benefits conversions a must. Big 4 Consulting experience preferred.

Oracle HR PM
Our client is seeking Oracle HR Project Managers who will have oversight on large scale, complex consulting projects. Responsibilities include the implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support. Qualified applicants should be experienced in the following: Design & development of web based self-service applications (including Oracle HRMS/Payroll/OAB apps);
Able to lead large project/program for the analysis, design, development and implementation of Oracle 11 & 11i suite of HR modules including HR, Payroll, Advanced Benefits, and OTA; Large-scale complex project mgmt; Developing and maintaining integrated workplans; Structured methodology; Business Development/Sales a major plus; HR system implementation exp (not just end user exp); must be a subject matter expert or specialist in field; Recommend process and policy changes based on best practice knowledge. Qualified candidates must have expertise in: Oracle 11 & 11i HR Modules, HR System Implementation, Large scale, complex project mgmt, Structured Methodology, Understanding of HR Business Processes, Business Development/Sales, and the ability to resolve configuration and business issues across the various HRMS modules in a hands-on manner.

Oracle HR Module Lead
Qualified candidates should have a minimum 2+ years of configuration experience with the Oracle HR module (11i experience required); minimum 2 years experience doing full life-cycle Oracle implementations. Experience should include the following: implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support. Ability to resolve configuration and functional business issues across the various HR modules in a hands-on manner is critical.
Major Field of Study: Oracle HR 2 years configuration experience with Oracle HR module 100% travel, ability to resolve configuration and functional business issues and a minimum 2 years experience doing full life-cycle Oracle implementations.

Oracle Payroll Module Lead
Ideal candidate will have a minimum 2+ years of configuration experience in the Oracle Payroll module (11i experience required); minimum 2 years experience doing full life-cycle Oracle implementations. Experience should include the following: implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support. Ability to resolve configuration and functional business issues across the various HR modules in a hands-on manner is critical. Major Field of Study: HR Module BA or BS degree preferred.
Minimum 2+ years of configuration experience in the Oracle Payroll module, minimum 2 years experience doing full life-cycle Oracle implementations, and all candidates must be able to commit to 100% travel during the business week.
