Description
Immediate opening for the position of a National Recruiting manager to provide hands on management, strategic direction and guidance to a team of recruiters. This individual will manage the requisition process, create ad hoc reports and review activities in the database (including the opening and closings of requisitions as well as the tracking of candidates). He/she will mentor the recruiting team through the entire recruitment process including: identification/qualification of candidates, rate negotiations, building a pipeline of strong candidates by skill set and maintenance of sufficient documentation. The individual will have strong people skills with the ability to interact with applicants, the recruiting team, and all levels of management.

Responsibilities:

Work together with the senior management to determine sourcing strategy, hiring needs, etc.

Source and Identify high impact candidates who exceed required expectations.

Convince qualified candidates to talk to the hiring manager.

Work with the team and schedule interviews for qualified candidates with hiring manager.

Negotiate offers with candidates.df-tc


Experience/Skills
Have 5-7 years of national experience with recruitng and candidate development in a high-volume, deadline-oriented environment.

Have exceptional communication and organizational skills as well as experience using contact management software.

Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, methodologies and best practices.

Candidates will be able to demonstrate a commitment to making this growing department an unconditional success.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science and 3-5 years experience in the Information Technologies industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


Have a good understanding of what it takes to attract, motivate and retain good recruiters.

Detail oriented and a self starter with the ability to work with little oversight.
