Experience/Skills
The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Network Administrator, specifically with domain consolidation. MCSE certification is an asset. They will have experience with both Windows Server 2000 and Windows Server 2003 as well as Active Directory. They will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.The candidate should be a quick thinking, self-motivated, creative problem solver and have superior verbal and written skills. They must have the ability to get creative in applying technical solutions. They will be responsible for everything from Backups, Network Monitoring all the way to Desktop Support. The role as a Network Administrator requires the candidate to have a customer service frame of mind. The ability to work in a fast paced, growing environment with minimum supervision will ensure success.
