Job Title: Network and Security Engineer

Description:

The candidate's Primary responsibilities will be to configure and maintain the Cisco network infrasturcture including core switches, Internet routers, PIX firewall's , VPN concentrators and IDF switches. Candidate is also responsible for configuring and maintaining Citrix access gateways, Citrix Netcalers, ISS IDS/IPS appliances and SurfControl Internet filtering.

Other responsibilities include:


- Managing Symantec anti virus and operating system patches

- Work closely with business partners on various projects

- Perform other duties as required.

- Occasional off hour and weekend work is also required.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years experience with Cisco technologies.

- Must know BGP, EIRGP, IGRP protocols

- Must have excellent troubleshooting skills.

- Experience video conferencing a plus.

- Cisco certification is a plus

NOTE: This is NOT a Support position. This is an Engineering Role of Configuration, Design, and implementation.
