Description
This role assists in delivering advanced solutions to telecommunications installations and problems and participates in design and development of innovative, cost-effective solutions to customer.

May include software programming, cross connect changes, and hardware moves

Software/hardware support on systems, investigating, analyzing, and resolving problems on a variety of products are part of daily responsibilities.

Performs Adds/Moves/Changes on Nortel PBX/Voice Mail.

Completes associate internal moves, adds or changes in a timely, efficient manner.

Responds to trouble calls as assigned by upper level Telecommunications associates.

As assigned, contacts outside vendors and coordinates installation, maintenance, and upgrades.df-tc

Experience/Skills
Must have 3 years of experience on telecommunications administration.

Must be able to issue issues Avaya PBX/Voicemail.

Able to troubleshoot T-1 issues MS Office.
