It is also among the most innovative companies in the California agribusiness, from the use of advanced technologies in its farming and packing operations to the implementation of an Oracle E-Business ERP and the adoption of a six-sigma culture.

THE POSITION
The candidate will support the implementation of the Oracle Process Manufacturing and related applications throughout our business. She / he is expected to work daily with manufacturing personnel to help maintain and expand the OPM processes that support the fresh fruit processing and shipping activities. We also anticipate that the candidate will devote a significant amount of time to training the other users in how to both execute transactions and generate reports out of the system.

Additionally, applicant will also work with finance and sales personnel to ensure touch points between OPM and Costing/OM applications are performing properly. Individual will also serve as liaison with technical resources on systems support and functional requirements for any developmental work.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
Provide Support for Level 1 issues
Serve as main point of contact within functional area for business process changes and systems enhancements
Participate in the improvement and issue resolution process
Create and/or modify Oracle forms, Oracle reports, Discoverer Reports, Concurrent Programs
Make Oracle configuration changes to meet business requirements

Minimum Job Requirements:
3+ years of experience with Oracle Applications, 3+ years with Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM)
2+ years of experience with Oracle Discoverer
Experience with PL/SQL
Excellent interpersonal, client and communications skills. Builds good working relationships with project team resources, peers and business sponsors
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Ability to create project plans, identify risks, create risk mitigation plans, and forecast time estimates to complete tasks
Ability to create process flows, documentation on company specific functionality, run test scripts
Ability to perform functional setup steps for Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM)
Must have good knowledge of MS Excel and Visio
