Description
Manage IT operations staff in providing IT support for local offices and assigned remote offices. The goal of this position is to ensure a high level of IT support/service and reliable operation/availability of systems.

Education and Experience:
-Requires 4-yr degree in Computer Science or related area, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
-Minimum of 10 years experience with IT Operations, including Help Desk support, system management and end user support.
-Minimum of 3 years project management experience or similar leadership type role.
-Experience with at least two of the following operations environments: DEC OpenVMS, HP-Unix, Novell Netware, Windows NT/2000,Linux, end user hardware/software, Netscape email/communications
-or equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provide the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
