Description
To determine and analyze user/systems requirements, evaluate alternative design solutions, code and build applications and systems workflow processes to respond to the business needs of clients Claims and Legal functions.
The Developer is expected to complete the assigned project deliverables such as project plans, requirements, designs, program specifications, test plans, implementation plans, training plans, etc. within set time-frames.

Responsibilities
Provide solutions using Oracle Tools such as Forms, Reports, Developer, and Designer.
Translate complex business requirements and business rules into the technical specifications and detailed design documents.
Develop detailed test plans for all programming assignments.
Analyze, Design, Code, Test and Debug
Create Packages, Functions, Procedures using PL/SQL and all necessary database objects for enterprise solutions.
Performance Tune all SQL code/queries.
Work cooperatively with users and other team members in problem resolution.
Required Skills
RDBMS: Oracle 10g (SQL* Plus + PL/SQL)
GUI/Tools: Developer 10g (Forms & Reports 10g ), Designer 9i, Oracle Apps 9i & Discoverer 9i, J Developer, SQL Developer, Oracle XML, Developer Kit, SOA Suite
Application Development Framework, Enterprise Manager.
Languages: SQL, PL/SQL, MICROFOCUS COBOL, UNIX Shell Scripting, Oracle Work Flow, BPEL.
Web Technologies: XML, HTML, DHTML, JSP, Java, JavaScript, Web 2.0 & AJAX, J2EE and Web Services.
