Description
A growing IT and financial services consulting company seeks an experienced Oracle developer for its work with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. This individual will provide development support as part of Savantage's Federal Financial Management System (FFMS) software, which is used in DHS bureaus as their financial system.

Responsibilities include:

Using Oracle and SQL to support FFMS in a Federal Government environment.
Working with Oracle Forms/Reports and other Oracle support tools as needed.
Working with a team to learn and modify FFMS software requirements as they relate to DHS's financial environment.

A successful candidate will have 2+ years experience working with Oracle 9i (or above), SQL, and Forms/Reports 6. In addition, the candidate must have experience in a software development life cycle (SDLC) environment. Federal experience as a developer, especially in an Oracle financial environment, is a plus.

The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, bottom-line driven culture. Clear and effective communication skills are required. Bachelors in related discipline; salary commensurate with experience.
