DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:
Ability to interpret highly complex design documents and translate into Oracle module configuration to support the recommended business processes and requirements.
Provide input to business process modeling.
Define, document, and review business requirements.
Maintain solution design within standard Oracle Product Suite capabilities.
Provides input to the functional Integration of third party products (IFS Applications and Click Commerce) into the Oracle supply chain environment.
Participates in/conducts solution design working sessions, workshops, and Solution Demonstration Lab activities which include configuration, development of test scenarios, and testing to confirm viability of the solution.
Conducts gap analysis between requirements and package capabilities and determine alternatives and recommendations.
Utilize technical area expertise to assess, select, manage and implement enterprise application components
Support technical strategies that will improve productivity across functional areas within the organization
Lead enterprise applications integration efforts and oversee the validation of associated work product

Experience/Skills
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a National Agency Check (NAC)
6 years experience in designing, configuring, and implementing commercial supply chain or military logistics systems. DoD experience a plus.
6 years experience implementing the Oracle Inventory Management module. Experience to include Oracle 11i implementation, business process design and improvement, and integration with 3rd party applications

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
Prior experience in business process redesign and transformation
Good interpersonal skills
Good organization skills
Working knowledge of Oracle AIM templates
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of combined education and experience totaling ten years information technology applications and business operations experience or Master's Degree with six years information technology ERP implementations.
