Sr. Oracle HR Developer/Analyst

Enterprise Solutions has an immediate need for a senior level Oracle HR Developer/Analyst for a full-time permanent position in the Raleigh, North Carolina area.

Job Description
The successful candidate will be involved in the full systems life cycle and responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting applications software that is delivered on time and within budget.
Will makes recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code.
Will have experience in systems analysis, design and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies.
Will develop solutions requiring analysis and research.
Will work on small to large, complex projects that require increased skill in multiple technical environments and possesses knowledge in a specific business area.
Will have the ability to multi-task on one or more projects as a team member or occasionally as a project lead.
May coach more junior technical staff.df-tc


Experience/Skills
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field (or eqivalent work experience).
Minimum of 7 yrs of programming/systems analysis experience with Oracle HRMS applications.
Heavy emphasis on Payroll and OAB. Proven track record supporting corporate customers in Human Resources.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with the Oracle Application suite and knowledge of key relationships/dependencies across the HRMS and other Oracle Application suite modules. Possesses an in-depth knowledge of the principles, theories, practices and techniques for developing and implementing systems and development projects and programs.
Strong customer communication skills are required, along with a solid foundation with Oracle HRMS, Oracle relational databases, PL/SQL, Oracle reports and Oracle forms.
Specific Oracle modules include HR, Advanced Benefits, Payroll, Self Service, Learning Management and iRecruiting.

Experience with Oracle Workflow is strongly desired.
Knowledge of Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM and iExpense) is not required but considered a strong plus.
