Primary responsibilities will include: * Participating in the complete development life cycle for Oracle HRMS systems projects including analysis, design, development, and testing. The position will also be responsible for the on-going technical support of the Oracle HRMS applications. * Minimum of 2 years of programming/systems analysis experience with Human Resource applications and/or the Oracle application suite * Mentor junior developers * Prior experience in systems analysis * Strong customer communication skills are required - along with a solid foundation with Oracle HRMS, Oracle relational databases, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports and Oracle Forms.
