Description
Individual will be working with an Oracle DBA and the Collections Risk Manager to design, develop and implement data structures, reports and delivery of Collections Reporting solutions. Will extract key performance indicators (KPIs) from various databases and deploy these metrics over the web.

Experience/Skills
4 yr degree or equivalent working experience. Us citizenship. 2-5 yrs experience with: Oracle PL-SQL, ANSI-SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Web Development (Javascript, Java, VB Scripting, XML, HTML, HTTP Web Server) and VB/VBA or C++. Working knowledge of OLAP or other Business Intelligent Package (Cognos, Business Objects, Essbase, etc.) as well as working knowledge of collections and credit is preferred. Oracle Discoverer or Express, Active Server pages and COBOL experience is also preferred.

Other desired skills:
