Great opportunity for an experienced PC Manager to provide customers and end users with PC hardware and software support. You will directly supervise 4 to 8 employees. Responsibilities will include prioritzing PC projects and support calls, determining PC configurations, advising and working with other managers, training staff on customer support, and planning and scheduling the level of support.
