Description
Robert Half Technology is seeking experienced desktop support and deployment technicians. Ideal candidates will have solid experience doing PC setups, backups, imaging, re-imaging, and deployment to end users. Familiarity with support and troubleshooting of Windows XP and Office is also important.

Experience/Skills
REQUIREMENTS:Minimum 1 year experience deploying, re-imaging, and supporting PCs in a professional environment.Experience supporting XP / Vista and Office family of products.Understanding of deployment process (i.e. system backup, imaging, configuration, deployment, troubleshooting)Strong experience with Norton GhostGood technical skills with ability to troubleshooting problems.Strong experience resolving hardware and software issues on the desktop level.Associates Degree and/or relevant certifications; MCP, CNA, A+.Please only apply to this position if you have recent relevant experience.
