Description
Synigent Technologies is currently looking for a Senior Level PMO Project Manager to work for their Richmond, VA based client.
This is a contract to hire opportunity, and will report directly into the Director of Process & Tools, and matrixed to HRIS. The role will require oversight and governance of multiple workstreams (HRIS, IT, Vendor, Business) to ensure the program is operating within scope, on time and within budget.
Candidate will establish weekly, monthly rhythms, develop and publish program status reports, manage program risks and issues, and ensure there is a program view of workplans from the different workstreams.

Candidate should also be comfortable challenging workstreams to develop action plans to mitigate risk and escalating to senior management.
Candidate will be setting up a Project Management Office, and serving as the Program Lead for a 12 -15 month PeopleSoft Upgrade. Processes and Tools developed within this program will be used to help build PMO competency throughout the enterprise via Transformation efforts

Education and Experience:
Ø Bachelors Degree, PMP, experience managing multiple project managers
Ø establishing & running PMO's (candidate should have done this multiple times)
Ø Virtually coordinate the workflow of multiple workstreams
Ø Microsoft Project, Excel
Ø PeopleSoft / HRIS experience a plus

Expected Deliverables:
Ø Integrated Program Workplan
Ø Status Reports / Dashboards(weekly / monthly)
Ø Risk & Issue Log .. Coordination of Action Plans
Ø Develop and facilitate Program Rhythms
