Description
Our client is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to provide technical support associated with the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems. Must be able to recognize, research, isolate, and then present and apply a resolution to the reported problems. Required technical skills include troubleshooting for Windows XP desktops/workstations, Blackberry support, experience with Windows registry editing and DOS commands. Must also have good follow-up abilities. The Desktop Support Analyst will also be performing general maintenance tasks, must resolve more complex problems immediately, may also involve use of problem management databases and help desk system. This is a Monday through Friday daytime position working a total of 20 hours in a law firm.
