Functional Title:  PeopleSoft HRMS - Sr. Specialist / Manager

Position Description:

A worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions is searching for a Sr. Functional Specialist in PeopleSoft Payroll to join our Anaheim team that supports a multi-site healthcare provider in California and Texas.  The selected candidate will provide (level 2) production support for 12 sites that use PeopleSoft HRMS v8.3.

Job Functions:

• Analyzing, documenting and leading a production support user community thru issue resolution of complex PeopleSoft ERP systems.


• Troubleshooting problems, bugs as well as designing and creating new solutions with Kronos Time and Attendance interfaces.

Preferred Experience and Abilities:

• Excellent written and verbal communication ability with end-users to executives


• Ability to lead thru knowledge transfer and product expertise is essential


• Ability to understand and run complex end-to-end payroll procedures and processes with a variety of payroll customers and skill levels.


• Can-do, customer-oriented attitude


• Ability to multi-task and stay organized


• PeopleSoft Payroll Application Administration experience


• 4+ years experience in PeopleSoft HCM application environment is desired


• Experience with BPO and day-to-day production support is desired
