This contract position provides broad field user (customer) support and works closely with the Corporate Recruitment department to ensure ongoing support and development of the Recruiting technologies, which includes PeopleSoft eRecruit and the Business Objects reporting tool. The HRMS Functional Analyst position primarily serves as the focus support point for company-wide Recruiting and Reporting needs. It is the responsibility of this position to provide first level field support resolution and guidance on procedures and questions by assuring and maintaining a high volume of completed calls with accuracy and efficiency, logging and tracking all incoming inquiries and problems relating to all modules within the HRMS Organization, with a focus on the HRMS Recruiting Solution and the Business Objects reporting software. Analytical and trouble shooting skills are a must with an aptitude to transition these skills across multiple applications. This position must provide follow-up to end-users to ensure satisfactory response and resolution.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serves as a first point of contact for functionality based problems/issues as it relates to PeopleSoft's Recruiting Solution and general recruitment questions from internal/external customers.
Serves as the liaison between corporate and field user's logging, tracking and analyzing calls.
Responsible for the research of request to provide answers in a timely manner and/or the transition of request to appropriate area for resolution.
Coordinates and provides web-based and classroom based, group and individualized training as necessary. Reinforces training by providing guidance and coaching, by phone, to users as necessary for HRMS software, with a focus on the Recruiting solution.
Responsible for the support of the reporting system, including the creation of queries and analyzing reporting needs through Business Objects and PeopleSoft.
Will be expected to develop strong relationships with HRMS functional analysts in order to learn about new Projects being delivered. These projects will potentially create more support questions initially which will need to be resolved in a timely manner.
Help to test new releases of the software and assist the IS Department with upgrade activities


Experience/Skills
1. Customer Service Skills
2. At least two years of PeopleSoft HRMS support experience required
3. Experienced PeopleSoft Query report writer required
4. Full life-cycle Recruitment experience required
5. Analytical & Problem Solving skills required
6. PeopleSoft module training skills desired
7. Must be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently
8. Strong organizational skills required
9. Communications and documentation skills required
10. PeopleSoft eRecruit experience a plus
11. Human Resources functional experience desired
12. Knowledge of database concepts and reporting tools desired
13. Experience serving in an Operations Analyst or similar role desired
14. B.S. or B.A. degree preferred
