Description
The performance consultant evaluates, analyzes, and reports to clients relating to human performance in the workplace. A performance consultant has a management responsibility for one or more components of the human performance solutions program. The performance consultant will be expected to supervise major projects to include other performance consultants working on projects assigned. A performance consultant manages relations with clients and other operations outside of Training Services.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages projects to provide clients with a clear and accurate analysis of human performance factors influencing their workforce performance
Analyzes human performance factors and client goals to develop training paths and/or other solutions to achieve the client's goals
Uses the budget goals and financial models to manage projects to achieve financial success
Tracks performance and adjusts efforts to meet goals
Acts as liaison for other company operations within assigned area
Manages billing and receivables of assigned projects
Presents complex material to clients in a way that is easily understood
Develops training plans, prices, and proposes training to clients
Presents training to clients
Provides detailed reports to management and clients
