Our client in central Phoenix has an immediate contract to full-time opening for an IT Desktop Support Analyst. This person will be responsible for providing remote and some on site support for Windows based computers and small to mid-size telephone systems. Additional responsibilities will include troubleshooting of data and voice communications problems, computer installation, configurations and updates. Experience/Skills
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems is desired along with three (3+) years related desktop support experience. Working knowledge of Windows 2000 and 2003 both Workstation and Server. Data/ Data Networking and Telephony and voice transmission. Preferred knowledge of: Lotus Notes, MS Office, Checkpoint, Firewall and Firewall Software, Virtual Private Networking, and Familiarity with Lucent Partner Systems
