We are currently seeking a Process Manager for a direct-hire opportunity with one of our clients in High Point, NC.

SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:
. Responsible for establishing & maintaining a New Breed IT Project Management Office (PMO) function.
. In conjunction with TSG Directors and their designated representatives, prepares and administers standardized Project Management methodology, plans & procedures.
. Builds and maintains a Project Repository.
. Builds and maintains a Project Index of all projects.
. Provides TSG standardized PM tools.
. Supports the business development process.
. Fosters and maintains ongoing client relationship management.
. Provides TSG Quality Management.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Staff & run the TSG PMO office.
. Introduce and administer the Prince 2 Project management methodology to all TSG personnel.
. Assist Functional Area representatives in getting the Prince 2 methodology up and working for their area of responsibility.
. Provide recurring PM foundation training to all new and current TSG personnel in the Price 2 methodology.
. Provide for Prince 2 Certification training for key personnel.
. Build and maintain a PM repository that will house all projects by phase.
. Work with Functional Area PMO representatives to insure compliance to the Prince 2 methodology and processes.
. Perform project audits and quality analysis.
. Function as the New Breed TSG Quality Manager.
. Administer the New Breed TSG Quality Management Program.
. Perform all functions in accordance with TSG and New Breed business practices and procedures.
. Mentor junior staff members.

Experience/Skills
EXPERIENCE AND/OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

. At least Five (5) years experience with project management practices & methodologies- preferably with the latest iteration of Prince 2 (2006 version).
. Prince 2 certification required or PMO PMBOK Certification and equivalent experience managing a PMO may be substituted for Prince 2 certification.
. Implementation and support experience with web-based applications, such as EXceed. 4000, i2 TMS, Connectship, and Logility Voyager are desirable.
. Expertise and experience in at least one of the following business disciplines: supply chain management, warehousing, transportation, or distribution.
. Knowledge of formal systems development methodologies.
. A good understanding of current information systems technologies such as: client/server, relational databases, web-based systems, and object oriented design is highly desirable.
. Excellent planning, client support, communication and organization skills.
. BS/BA degree required.
. Master's degree preferred.
. Must be eligible for the position without sponsorship (new or transfer).
