Our client in the Quad Cities has an immediate opening for a Product Support Specialist, to support customers via telephone for their products - Anti-spam, email archiving, firewall, and anti-spyware applications. The position will deal heavily with internet related technologies, so Cisco knowledge and internet-support experience are highly preferred. Also, strong customer service background and skills are a must. The position will include casual dress code, a laid-back call center environment, and a 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm shift, Monday-Friday . Experience/Skills
