Product & Test Engineer - KGD / Package-

Description
Develop manufacturing test platforms for known good die & package level test
Provide customer support through the development of a customer MCP program
Support new package development opportunities in Dual Die, MCP, POP
Identify and fix to root cause, problems caused by design, test and process interactions
Work well within a team, developing product test flows within a common development environment
Support and provide technical guidance to manufacturing sites to keep products running with maximum yield and high throughput at the required performance level.
Write test descriptions, develop test flows, define and order test fixtures/probe cards, set work direction for junior test development engineers, test time reduction studies, yield improvement support activities.

Requirements:
B.S. in Electronics/Computer engineering
3-5 yrs memory test experience, Advantest preferred.
Solid programming skills using C, Perl etc.
Knowledge of SDRAM, DDR or CellularRAM products is desirable
SRAM or Flash also desirabledf-tc
